Japanese Shichimi Crunch Teriyaki-Wings​


    • 330 grams Roasted Teriyaki Chicken​ (As per instructions)

    • 1 piece  Lemon (Zest)

    • 1 piece  Lime (Zest)

    • 1 piece  Orange (Zest)      

    • 2 tablespoons  Shichimi Togarashi     

    • 3 tablespoons  Mixed Sesame Seeds 

    • 1 tablespoon  Parsley Flake     

    • 2 tablespoons  Fried Garlic 

    • 2 tablespoons  Spring Onion 

    • 2 tablespoons  Flaky Salt To Taste

Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium pan with no oil lightly toast sesame, parsley flake, and fried garlic for 1-2min.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a large plate or tray and let cool completely at room temp.
  • When cool, transfer to a large mixing bowl with citrus zest, shichimi togarashi, and flaky salt.
  • Cook Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken by desired method as per instructions
  • Immediately transfer Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken and spring onion to the mixing bowl and toss to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  • Pair with salad, rice or Japanese mayo and lemon.
  • Serve and enjoy!
